WB integrated temperature transmitter is a field instrument for contact temperature measurement, usually used in conjunction with its corresponding secondary instrument or computer acquisition measurement system. It can accurately measure the temperature of various media or objects during the production process (range of use -200 ℃~1600 ℃).
The WB integrated temperature transmitter is an amplification and transmission module installed in the waterproof or explosion-proof junction box of the assembled temperature sensor, connected to the sensor to form an integrated output standard of 4-20mA DC (two-wire system). JWB explosion-proof integrated temperature transmitter meets the explosion-proof performance of both explosion-proof d II BT4 and intrinsic safety iaII CT5 (intrinsic safety must be equipped with safety barriers).
This series of products refers to the relevant GB standards and JJG regulations issued by the country, as well as IEC related document standards, and optimizes the design based on the advantages of similar products at home and abroad, making the entire product more reliable and accurate, and very suitable for temperature measurement in various environmental sites.

1. Basic structure: Sensor+(connection device+junction box+protective tube)+transmission module
2. Length representation method: L=total length of protective tube x insertion length (unit: mm, insertion length below the sealing surface)
3. Determination of Cold End Length: As the total length and insertion length of the protective tube are determined, the length of the non inserted part of the protective tube, i.e. the cold end length, is also determined. The standard length of the cold end is 150mm; for temperature measurements below 125 ℃, depending on the impact of temperature on the cold end, it can be appropriately extended, such as 250mm or 300mm.
4. The purpose of cold end length:
a、 The working temperature of the transmission module is -10~75 ℃. The length of the cold end reduces the conduction and radiation temperature between the temperature field and the junction box, protecting the circuit of the transmission module.
b、 If a thermocouple sensor is used, it must have a cold end length.
c、 Protect the terminals and cables.
